DeAgentAI

DeAgentAI is an AI infrastructure project dedicated to building, deploying, and coordinating autonomous agents across on-chain environments. Founded in September 2022 and incorporated in the Cayman Islands, the project brings together expertise in artificial intelligence, blockchain engineering, and quantitative finance. Its modular framework introduces core components such as agent identity, memory, lifecycle management, and tool integration, forming the foundation for autonomous, decision-making agents that can interact with users, execute strategies, and coordinate across multiple decentralized applications.

The architecture blends a Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) model with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), enabling agents to adapt to context efficiently while optimizing resource usage. Mechanisms for agent consensus, verifiable execution proofs, and task specialization ensure reliable and transparent operation. The framework is designed to be permissionless and interoperable, supporting agent execution across different blockchains, with progressive open-sourcing underway on GitHub.

DeAgentAI has already deployed live products showcasing its capabilities. Its flagship product, AlphaX, is an AI-driven signal platform for crypto price trend prediction, live on Sui, BSC, and Bitlayer. By September 2025, AlphaX had over 400,000 daily active users, 17 million total users, and 192 million on-chain interactions. Signals from AlphaX are leveraged by both retail traders and institutional quant funds, with a verifiable performance track record recorded on-chain. Complementing this, CorrAI is being developed as a no-code quantitative strategy engine for DeFi users, while Truesights is an InfoFi platform incentivizing accurate market insights, both scheduled for release through 2025.

Beyond consumer-facing products, DeAgentAI provides customizable agent infrastructure for enterprise clients in sectors such as retail, telecom, and agriculture. The project’s native token, AIA, underpins the ecosystem by enabling access to agent services, premium features, staking, governance, and cross-chain utility. A portion of platform revenue is directed toward buybacks to support long-term value accrual.

Backed by $11 million in funding as of August 2025, DeAgentAI has attracted investors such as Momentum, Valkyrie Fund, Cointelegraph, Web3.com Ventures, Vertex Ventures, Waterdrip Capital, PANONY, and more, along with strategic support from DEXs and Layer 1 partners. Its smart contracts have undergone audits, and the team maintains transparent governance processes with public developer profiles and repositories.

Positioned at the intersection of AI and blockchain, DeAgentAI is building the infrastructure for decentralized agent-based automation, targeting both Web3 protocols and traditional enterprise use cases.
