What is Doge Alliance (DOGEALLY)?

PREAMBLE
It's official, doges have made it to space. We now have the opportunity to start building the inter-galactic infrastructure for the great spacefaring doge civilization whilst being mindful of our fellow oomans.
Through a series of inter-chain initiatives (aka intergalatic missions). Doge Alliance members (holders) will be able to seek out new ways to take Doges to new worlds where no Doge has set paw before. They'll be able to set up critical infrastructure with the tools and guidance provided by the alliance so that every doge may have a home in every corner of the universe. This is the way.
Doge Alliance wishes godspeed to its members as they initiate their dangerous endeavours through the universe, and will eagerly look forward to their comeback upon sucessful completion of the intergalactic missions. Great treats will be awarded as the members ascend through the ranks of the alliance.
