OVERTAKE is a peer-to-peer digital asset trading platform designed to replace informal, trust-based exchanges with structured, verifiable, and secure transactions. By combining blockchain-backed escrow, on-chain verification, and AI-powered market tools, the platform creates a safer and more efficient marketplace for digital goods such as in-game assets, accounts, and other virtual items. Every trade is facilitated through smart-contract escrow, which holds assets until both parties fulfill their obligations, significantly reducing fraud risks. Developed by a team with extensive experience in early digital asset marketplaces like ItemBay and ItemMania, OVERTAKE has been designed with compliance and adaptability in mind, aligning with regulatory standards while offering a foundation flexible enough to expand beyond gaming assets into other categories of digital goods.
