Review process
  • Submissions must be original and not duplicate published or concurrently submitted work.
  • Papers cannot be submitted elsewhere unless rejected or officially withdrawn.
  • Accepted papers cannot appear in other conferences/workshops with proceedings.
  • The review process has two rounds, including a rebuttal phase.
  • Some papers are rejected in Round 1, others move to Round 2.
  • Authors will be invited to respond to reviewer questions before the final decision.
  • The review follows a double-blind process with a modified conflict of interest policy.
  • Authors must identify potential conflicts of interest at submission.
  • Awards will be given for Best Paper and Best Paper by Early Career Researchers.
Proceedings and presentations
  • Proceedings will be published in Springer’s Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series.
  • Papers will be available online.
  • Accepted authors can be found in individual in Santa Barbara.
  • Remote presentation is allowed via uploaded video (asynchronous option).
Stipends
  • Students with accepted papers who present at the conference get free registration.
  • A limited number of stipends are available for students who lack funding.
  • Only students who personally present their accepted paper can apply for financial support.
  • Stipend requests must be sent to the General Chair.
Paper Submission
  • Submission Length and Structure
  • Main paper: Maximum 30 pages (excluding bibliography).
  • Must include: Title, Short Abstract, Introduction, Technical Overview (main ideas).
  • Supplemental material allowed (appendix or separate files).
  • The paper must be clear and understandable without supplemental material.
Formatting Requirements
  • Must use LaTeX in Springer LNCS format.
  • Submit electronically in PDF format.
  • Do not modify LNCS default fonts, sizes, or margins.
  • All submissions must include page numbers (e.g., \pagestyle{plain}).
References and Bibliography
  • Use of BibTeX is strongly recommended.
  • Use LNCS bibliography style splncs04.bst.
  • Use of CryptoBib is encouraged.
