Job Responsibilities Blockchain Integration & Development: Responsible for backend development on Solana, Tron, TON, etc., including on-chain data parsing, smart contract interactions, transaction processing, and related functions. Data Parsing & Storage: Design and optimize blockchain data indexing and parsing solutions to ensure efficient storage and fast queries of transaction data, account information, NFT assets, etc. Smart Contract Interaction: Develop API services for interacting with smart contracts, encapsulate contract calls, and implement on-chain business logic. High-Performance Backend Development: Use Go, Rust, or Node.js to build highly concurrent, highly available backend services, optimizing on-chain data retrieval and synchronization. Distributed Architecture & Databases: Responsible for on-chain data storage solutions, including PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Doris, MongoDB, and other databases for storage and analysis. Web3 Services & API Development: Design and develop Web3-related APIs such as wallet services, DApp backends, and cross-chain bridge integration. Performance Optimization: Optimize RPC requests, improve node synchronization speed, reduce storage costs, and enhance system stability and responsiveness. Security & Compliance: Research and address issues related to private key management, access control, transaction security, and ensure system compliance and safety. Team Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and smart contract teams to deliver projects and enhance user experience. Job Requirements Programming Languages: Proficient in at least two of Go / Rust / Node.js / Python, with a solid computer science foundation. Blockchain Development Experience: Familiar with development on at least one chain (Solana, Tron, or TON), including RPC, SDK, and smart contract interaction. Understanding of Blockchain Principles: Knowledge of transaction structures, account models, storage methods, consensus mechanisms, and other core concepts. Smart Contract Interaction: Familiar with Solidity, Rust (Solana), FunC (TON), and able to write and parse smart contract call data. Databases & Storage: Proficient in SQL / NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse, Doris, with large-scale data processing experience. Blockchain Parsing: Experience with blockchain data indexing, on-chain data parsing, and event listening, capable of implementing blockchain synchronization solutions. Distributed Systems: Experience with Kafka, Redis, gRPC, and microservice architectures, able to design high-availability blockchain data sync systems. Networking & Security: Understanding of Web3 security issues such as key management, signature mechanisms, and replay attack prevention. Performance Optimization: Experience in RPC optimization, database query optimization, and high-performance backend architecture design.
