Job Description

Location: Berlin 💻 About the Role We are looking for a sharp, structured, and revenue-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow two distinct business lines. As the first dedicated Sales Manager hire, you’ll shape our playbooks for acquisition, expansion, and retention in a high-visibility role directly tied to company revenue and strategic success. Supporting blockchain networks by integrating and operating Safe-Wallet UI and infrastructure Expanding relationships with institutional and enterprise wallet clients using Safe-Wallet for secure, premium self-custody and protocol operations You will drive commercial growth by leading negotiations, managing onboarding, and ensuring long-term client success 🗃️ What you will be doing Lead commercial negotiations with new Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) networks & premium wallet customers (sales, education, contracts, renewals) Manage inbound and outbound opportunities, closing high-quality deals Ensure smooth onboarding and product adoption in collaboration with Engineering & Product Build trust and prevent churn by anticipating client needs Act as the voice of the customer, channeling insights to Product & Engineering Document repeatable playbooks for sales, onboarding, and renewals Track and report revenue, churn, adoption, satisfaction metrics and pipeline value 🎒 What you bring Proven experience in B2B SaaS and infrastructure sales Strong negotiation and communication skills: confident, personable, and professional in engaging diverse stakeholders Commercial acumen: able to connect product usage with revenue outcomes Organizational excellence: multitasking, structured workflows Fluent English Nice-to-have: Fintech/crypto background (networks, wallets) Pricing & finance exposure Additional languages 🌟 Core Competencies Self-Driven Operator - Takes initiative, drives outcomes independently Commercially Sharp - Spots and converts revenue opportunities Customer-Centric Communicator - Builds trust through clear, tailored communication Pragmatic Problem-Solver - Resolves issues with scalable, effective solutions Growth-Minded Builder - Creates processes and structure from scratch Cross-Functional Collaborator - Works seamlessly with Product, Tech, Finance, Marketing 🎁 What we can offer you: 💻 Home Working Budget: Personalize your home office with a dedicated budget!
