About the Role We are looking for a creative and meme-savvy Social Media & Community Manager to build, engage, and entertain our growing audience. You will manage our presence across Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, Instagram, and TikTok, while driving community interaction through fun content, bonuses, contests, and giveaways. Key Responsibilities Create and publish engaging, platform-specific content (posts, memes, reels, stories) for Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, Instagram, and TikTok. Build and nurture an active and loyal community through regular interaction and creative campaigns. Plan and execute contests, giveaways, and community events to boost engagement. Share and promote bonuses, promotions, and updates in a fun and on-brand way. Monitor social channels and community sentiment, escalating feedback to relevant teams. Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to align content with brand messaging. Stay on top of social trends, crypto/iGaming news, and viral formats to keep content fresh and relevant. Report on key metrics (follower growth, engagement, community activity). Requirements 1+ year of experience in social media or community management (crypto or iGaming). Strong knowledge of Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, Instagram, and TikTok. Excellent sense of humor and ability to create memes and viral content. Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) are an advantage. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Passion for crypto, gaming, or online entertainment communities. Highly organized and able to manage multiple platforms simultaneously. Nice-to-Have Experience with influencer outreach or community ambassador programs.
