Remote | Full-Time | KAST.xyz KAST is a stablecoin-powered financial platform that lets users hold, send, and spend USDC and USDT instantly — without needing a traditional bank account. With features like instant virtual card activation, ACH bank accounts, and seamless on/off-ramp integration, we’re building a crypto-native banking experience designed for real-world use. We’re hiring a Technical Writer to build out this layer: tutorials, FAQs, knowledge base articles, blog posts, and user support materials that empower our users at every level — from crypto newbies to DeFi pros. What You’ll Do Write clear, step-by-step tutorials covering onboarding, top-ups, card activation, stablecoin sending, and more Build out our knowledge base and learning center — from scratch or structured content templates Translate technical Web3 concepts (wallets, stablecoins, on-chain transfers) into plain English for real users Collaborate with product, legal, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment What You Bring 3+ years experience in technical writing, developer documentation, UX writing, or help content A clear, approachable writing style that works for both crypto-first and crypto-curious audiences Understanding of stablecoins, wallets, and Web3 payment flows Familiarity with tools like Notion, Wordpress or other major CMS Ability to work async in a fast-moving remote team Bonus Points Experience writing for crypto cards, wallets, or fintech platforms Ability to create diagrams, visuals, or screen recordings to complement written guides Comfort using AI tools to brainstorm, QA, or batch content Previous contributions to a knowledge portal or FAQ library Why Join KAST Be part of a team building the next generation of crypto banking Shape how people around the world understand and use stablecoins in everyday life Work remotely, async, and autonomously with a fast-paced team Write content that matters — and gets used by real people every day
