The Role Own paid acquisition end-to-end across mobile and web. You’ll scale profitable spend, tighten attribution, and drive MAU, KYC approvals, deposits, and first-spend—starting with LATAM and MENA, then rolling global. ‍ What You’ll Be Doing Full-Funnel UA: Plan, launch, and optimize on Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA, DSPs, affiliates. Attribution & Deep Links: Operate AppsFlyer OneLink, SKAN, GA4; set guardrails for fraud and dedupe. Lifecycle Bridge: Partner with Braze to align paid→owned handoffs (KYC nudge, deposit/first spend sequences). Experimentation: Weekly test cadence across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bid strategies. Budget & Forecasting: Own CPA/CAC/ROAS targets; scenario plan by market and channel. Reporting: Clear dashboards for installs→KYC→deposit→spend; push learning agendas to leadership. What You'll Bring 4–8 years in performance marketing for high-growth apps/fintech. Hands-on with AppsFlyer, GA4, Firebase/Mixpanel, Braze Proven track record hitting CAC and payback targets at scale (6–7 figures/month). Analytical rigor; comfortable with SQL/Sheets modeling and cohort analysis. Preferred Experience in LATAM, MENA, and global markets. Creative testing muscle; understands stat sig and incrementality.
