Job Description

Responsibilities: Partnership Development: Expand and build relationships with local Crypto communities, KOLs, and educational institutions. Enhance OneKey’s brand trust in the LATAM region through co-marketing initiatives. Product Training & Enablement: Provide comprehensive product demos and system training to potential partners across LATAM, ensuring they fully understand OneKey’s security advantages and usage. Events & Networking: Represent OneKey at major blockchain conferences (e.g., Blockchain Rio, Labitconf) and local meetups in the LATAM region to demo products and expand our professional network. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor dynamics (e.g., Ledger, Trezor) in the region, including pricing and marketing activities. Gather local user preferences and feedback to report back to the HQ product team. Localization: Localize product training materials and marketing assets into Portuguese and Spanish to bridge language and cultural gaps. Requirements: Language Skills: Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker with professional fluency in English. Proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus. Experience: 2+ years of experience in the Web3 industry, market expansion, or technical support. Skilled in public speaking or conducting product demonstrations. Capabilities: Outgoing personality with strong learning agility (able to quickly master hardware wallet technical details) and excellent social skills. Bonus: Based in Brazil; existing network of Crypto communities or KOL resources; with experience in full-scale event planning & execution, and being a media speaker. Compensation Structure: Estimated Total Annual Package: ~$45,000 - $60,000 *(Note: Comprises Total Base Pay + Estimated Sales Commission) Total Base Pay: $3,000 - $4,500 USD per month *Structure: 80% Fixed Monthly Salary + 20% Performance Pay (Paid semi-annually). Performance Upside: The 20% portion is designed to be fully achievable for Standard Performance (Grade S). Top performers (Grade SS) are eligible for a 1.5x multiplier (receiving 150% of the target performance pay). Sales Commission: Uncapped commission based on sales revenue. Calculated separately and paid monthly. Location: Remote (Based in LATAM; Brazil is a plus) Reporting to: Global Sales Director / Regional Manager
