Job Description

Responsibilities: Drive GTM Strategy: Own the sales number for the DACH region. Develop and execute a localized Go-to-Market strategy to increase market share for OneKey hardware wallets. Channel Expansion: Identify, negotiate, and close deals with local distributors, resellers, and retailers (both crypto-native and consumer electronics channels). Partnership Building: Build trust and long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), crypto communities, and strategic partners in Germany. Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to HQ regarding local market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities (e.g., Ledger, Trezor). Brand Representation: Represent OneKey at major blockchain conferences and local meetups to generate high-quality B2B leads. Requirements: Native German speaker with professional fluency in English. 3-5+ years of sales experience in Consumer Electronics, Hardware Technology, or the Crypto/Web3 industry. Proven track record of managing distribution channels or B2B sales in the German market. Strong network within the local tech or crypto ecosystem is a massive plus. Self-starter mentality, capable of working independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment. Compensation Structure: Total Base Package: $3,000 - $4,500 per month[Note: Structured as 80% Fixed Monthly Salary + 20% Performance Pay (KPI-based, paid semi-annually)]. Sales Commission: Uncapped commission based on sales revenue. Calculated separately from the base package and paid monthly. Team Performance Bonus: Additional quarterly bonus for the team upon achieving key sales targets. Estimated Total Annual Package: ~€80,000 - €90,000 *(Note: Comprises Total Base Pay + Estimated Sales Commission) Total Base Pay: €5,200 - €6,000 per month *Structure: 80% Fixed Monthly Salary + 20% Performance Pay (Paid semi-annually). Performance Upside: The 20% portion is designed to be fully achievable for Standard Performance (Grade S). Top performers (Grade SS) are eligible for a 1.5x multiplier (receiving 150% of the target performance pay). Sales Commission: Uncapped commission based on sales revenue. Calculated separately and paid monthly. Location: Remote (Munich, Berlin, or Frankfurt preferred) Reporting to: Global Sales Director / Regional Manager
