We are looking for talented people who are willing to jump right in and use their expertise to help the ecosystem build. You will: Financial Planning & Analysis Prepare and manage financial forecasts, budgets and liquidity planning for the organization Develop, manage and maintain complex financial models for overall organization as well as various business initiatives Lead quarterly finance reviews and prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making Data Analysis & Insights Analyze off- and on-chain data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement Build tooling and models to collect, analyze and validate data monitor trends, and flag discrepancies or anomalies Work with the data team to build reliable dashboards Collaborate with external partners as well as cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis as well as to ensure controls execution Partnership & Program Performance Analyze how markets, partnerships, and incentive programs are performing over time, and which are creating long-term value Provide insights to inform new incentive strategies or partner programs Think of yourself as the strategic thought partner to our growth teams. You turn data into business insight You have: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business strategy, or related fields or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience as strategy consultant, investment banker, VC, private equity or other high-performance industry Crypto experience is strongly preferred Extremely strong analytical skills and detail oriented working style — you love and excel at working with data, spreadsheets, and financial models Proactive, self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving multiple workstreams independently Strong written communication skills and ability to synthesize insights clearly Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling required; experience with Causal, Airtable, and Coefficient a plus
