Safe{Wallet} web and mobile is the de-facto standard for crypto native organizations, individuals and groups to co-manage assets via Multi-sig. Safe{Wallet} infrastructure is widely used by developers integrating Safe. It is used for multi-million dollar treasury operations and governance by top protocols like World, Aave, Balancer and Gnosis. With more innovations in security and user experience, Safe is poised exponential growth in DeFi and onchain asset management. 💻 About the role: We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Core Experience team and contribute to the evolution of Safe{Wallet}, a leading smart wallet in the Ethereum ecosystem. You'll take end-to-end ownership of features, from conception through to production - with a focus on backend development while also contributing across the stack. 🗃️ What you will be doing: Build and maintain backend services supporting the Safe{Wallet} app Contribute to frontend/mobile development when needed (React/React Native) Own the lifecycle of features from design to deployment and monitoring Collaborate closely with staff engineers, product managers, and designers Debug and resolve issues across services and infrastructure boundaries Share knowledge and support the team's learning culture 🎒 What you will bring: Strong experience with TypeScript and backend/frontend systems Prior experience in Web3 and Ethereum-based ecosystems Proven success in developing and shipping features from scratch Understanding of software principles: SOLID, DRY, clean code, algorithms Must-Have Skills TypeScript (Node.js) System Architecture (Backend & Frontend) Web3 tooling and concepts Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving Clear communication and team alignment Nice-to-Have Experience with Python, dJango or FastApi Experience with React / React Native Docker and DevOps familiarity Computer Science degree or equivalent knowledge Core competencies Owner Mentality: Takes full responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks Full Stack Problem Solver: Debugs and resolves issues across multiple tech layers Collaborative Communicator: Communicates clearly, escalates early, fosters shared understanding Curious & Web3 Fluent: Demonstrates a strong understanding of Web3 and eagerness to explore new tools Humble Expert: Balances deep expertise with openness to feedback and learning Agile Self-Manager: Organises work effectively in async, fast-paced environments 🎁 What we can offer you: 💻 Home Working Budget: Personalise your home office with a dedicated budget!
