For the right candidate with significant experience, we’re open to bringing you on as Chief Technology Officer. We’re looking for someone scrappy who can take a leadership role in helping us build our application, including: Marketplace platform UX and backend for our biopharma research partners to list assets that provides scientific, regulatory, and commercial information and tracks research progress. Tokenization of drug assets. Over time, we want to fully represent the key financial / legal elements (milestone payments, royalties, etc.) of our biopharma assets on-chain. Initially, we are representing these elements offchain; the onchain component is a fungible token that represents structured financial interest in a given asset. Basic trading infrastructure for our investor base (mostly accredited US investors) to interact with drug asset tokens. These are higher volume, lower frequency interactions. We may also introduce a CURA project token and onchain project treasury over time and we’d expect you to take a leadership role in building this. To date we’ve built a non-crypto version of the app, partnered with researchers to onboard drug assets, and worked to secure a legal framework for biopharma tokenization; we’re particularly keen to bring on someone who can focus on the crypto part of our build both from a design and engineering perspective. Your Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all major platforms (Twitter, YouTube etc.) Craft compelling content that resonates with developers, users, and the broader Web3 community Put together paid and unpaid media mix to drive engagements, user acquisition and advocacy Lead and manage a team of social media specialists across different regions Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and see them through to execution using creative resources Stay ahead of the curve on emerging Web3 trends and adapt strategies accordingly Collaborate closely with other marketing and partnership teams to ensure brand consistency Analyze social media performance metrics and identify areas for improvement What You'll Need 7+ years in social marketing, with a proven track record of scaling engaged communities within the EVM ecosystem, particularly across Layer2 networks Proven experience leading social media strategy development and execution Deep understanding and passion of the Web3 space and the Arbitrum’s target audience Strong track record of building and engaging online communities with paid and organic content Excellent written and verbal communication skills Hands-on experience in content creation (video, graphics, written content) to support campaigns.
