The Role The Marketing Copywriter will own voice and narrative across growth surfaces—landing pages, paid ads, lifecycle (email/push/in-app), and product UI. You’ll turn complex fintech/Web3 ideas into crisp, high-converting copy that performs in Brazil, MENA, and beyond. What You’ll Be Doing Conversion Copy: Ship A/B-tested copy for landing pages, ad creatives, app store, and paywalls that move CTR, CVR, and CPA in the right direction. Lifecycle + CRM: Partner with Growth to write Braze campaigns (onboarding, KYC, deposit, first spend, referral). Product/UI Microcopy: Craft tooltips, error states, and empty states that reduce confusion and drop-off. Messaging Frameworks: Build positioning, value props, and tone guidelines for country launches (e.g., PIX Brazil). Compliance Friendly: Write clearly within fintech/legal guardrails without sounding like a robot. What You'll Bring 3–6 years in copy for fintech/consumer tech or performance-driven brands. Proven portfolio with measurable lift (CTR/CVR/LTV). Fluency in A/B testing and using data (GA4, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer) to iterate. Excellent short-form chops; long-form range a plus.
