Use Figma daily to create, iterate, and deliver polished designs (this is non-negotiable). Translate complex tokenomics, narratives, and cultural trends into engaging, visual-first content. Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and strategists to ensure visuals elevate storytelling. Maintain brand consistency while also pushing creative boundaries to stand out in the crypto space. Adapt quickly to the fast pace of the industry — crypto moves fast, and so do we. REQUIREMENTS (Expected proficiencies): Essential: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of digital design work. Expert knowledge of Figma (mandatory, daily use).
