Reporting to our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining relevant policies and procedures, and for communicating and supporting the implementation of program elements across business lines to grow and maintain a holistic program that ensures Anchorage Digital’s resilience against disruption and guarantees a timely recovery of business operations in the unlikely event of an interruption. With guidance from the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Lead, and informed by Anchorage Digital’s operational business needs, you will apply strategies and develop tactical solutions that continuously advance the maturity of Anchorage Digital’s resilience to interruption via the business continuity program. You are responsible for supporting the operationalization of established strategies and the implementation of programmatic enhancement initiatives from conception to completion. You are also responsible for ensuring these initiatives continue to perform as expected once they have transitioned into business-as-usual operations. You are expected to help drive the development of company goals and objectives and guide the long-term strategy of an enterprise-wide business continuity and disaster recovery program, ensuring program processes are executed consistently and successfully.
