A track record of turning partnerships into real distribution or revenue. Strong commercial and negotiation skills; you’re comfortable talking about economics, incentives, and what makes a deal actually work. Comfort operating in an early-stage, low-process environment where you have to create structure as you go. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to keep multiple stakeholders aligned and deals moving.
